Child Safety Standards

Placeholder - final text pending

Fyzygy has a zero-tolerance approach to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page sets out our standards, who may use Conductor, and how to report a concern. The sections below are placeholders that outline what the final policy will cover.

Zero tolerance for CSAE

Child sexual abuse and exploitation material, and any conduct that sexualises or endangers a minor, is prohibited on Fyzygy products without exception. Accounts involved are removed. The full prohibited-conduct definitions will be enumerated here.

Eligibility: 18 or older

Conductor is for adults. An account may only be created by a person aged 18 or older, and every signup requires an explicit confirmation of that. The eligibility checks and what happens to an account found to belong to a minor will be described here.

How to report

Anyone can report a concern, with or without an account. Reports reach us through the contact channels on the Contact page, including the Grievance Officer designated under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act. The reporting form and expected response times will be described here.

Removal and reporting to authorities

Confirmed CSAE content is removed and the account actioned. We report confirmed cases to the relevant authorities and preserve evidence as the law requires. The escalation path, retention of evidence, and cooperation commitments will be detailed here.

Designated child safety point of contact

Fyzygy designates a named point of contact for child safety matters, for both users and authorities. Their details will be published here:
